A 60 minute dance class burns 260 to 500 calories (comparable to running), but you will have fun while doing that!

When you dance, you smile and move to upbeat music which brightens your mood, releases feel good chemicals in your brain and helps you escape repetitive or negative thoughts and/or worries!

How Do You Start Social Dancing?

The best way to get into Social Dancing (Latin / Swing) is to start from a point of having fun (and not from a point of whether you're getting it "wrong" or not) and that is what our beginners dance classes are all about!

Join us on Wednesday Nights if you are worried you might "get it wrong" or are just starting Social Dancing (Swing or Bachata) or you have Never Social Danced or maybe you already have some dance experience (as a kid or adult)

You take 1 hour social dancing lessons on Swing and/or Bachata (Latin) on Wednesdays ...

  • → Beginners Swing Dance, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • → Beginners Bachata (Latin) Dance, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

At the 6:30 PM Swing Dance Class, you will learn popular american-type partner moves that you can dance at home, parties and social events.

At the 7:30 PM Bachata Dance Class, you will learn step by step latin-style bachata moves that can be danced to a wide variety of latin music.
